Korean Boy Scouts

While we were in Korea we went to a traditional folk village located South of Seoul.  Before we could even get to the beginning of the village we were literally swarmed by a flock of boy scouts.  Seeing an American baby was clearly the highlight of their day.

Little did they know that David spoke Korean and was translating to me the things they were saying about our baby Blake, such as:  "he has blue eyes" and "look at the beautiful baby". It was so much fun to see these cute little boys so excited about seeing a "foreign" baby.  They were touching his toes, his hair, patting his head.

Then David gave them a shock when he started to speak Korean to them.   I can't remember exactly what he said, but they started laughing like crazy and wanted to ask him millions of questions.  David was famous for about 5 minutes while these boys just giggled and smiled at him.

I love this picture.
