My little girl is growing up. Jane turns 5 today and is actually looking forward to her kindergarten shots this week because she wants to prove how brave she is. (Max "said" he was brave when he went for his shots too, but ended up under the chair at the doctors office screaming his head off---I know, big surprise, eh?)We'll have to see how Jane does, but needless-to-say I think she has a better chance at pulling it off than Max ever did.

The party is actually tomorrow. We'll have 16 kids here...and hopefully 16 kids will be alive at the end. It's a butterfly party. I'm sure we'll have photos galore.
We went to the Mayan on her actual birthday and she loved it. That is the place that my kids always choose.
Okay, so update. Jane had her shots this morning and didn't cry a single tear. In fact, when they were giving her the 4 shots she just looked me in the eye and when it was over she actually laughed. She said "I was so much braver than Max". We immediately went to the pharmacy and let her pick out her own treat. She is a trooper!
